The hour long key note focussed on introducing the 3i Agile HRSM Model. The global conference had about 140 MOL HR professionals from 13 Countries.
A mini-diagnostic version of the Agile HR Opportunity© Diagnostic and Go Agile Road Map was done with the participants before the conference and the outcomes were showcased to illustrate the applicability of the 3i Agile HRSM Model to MOL
